1. General Provisions

77dg is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. 77dg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account by a third party.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 77dg is ৳500. We currently accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. Using a third-party account for deposits is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests with incomplete wagering may be cancelled.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registration. The bonus will be added to your account automatically.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (deposit amount + bonus amount). For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,200 bonus, the total amount to be wagered will be (৳1,000 + ৳1,200) × 15 = ৳33,000.

The period to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued. Once expired, any unused bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

• Any strategy, software, or coordinated betting designed to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• All other promotions will have their own terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.

6. Game Rules and Prohibited Activities

6.1 General Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which are detailed within the game itself. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, 77dg will arrange a refund of the bet amount where applicable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to predetermine or influence the outcome of a game.
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or bugs — if such a vulnerability is discovered, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Collusion or coordinated strategy with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Cyber attacks or hacking of the platform's infrastructure.

In the event of any of the above violations, 77dg reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit the balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

77dg takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, and it should never be a cause of financial or emotional harm.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. After submitting a closure request, any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with all applicable rules.

11. Changes and Amendments
